The Minoura Live Ride LR541 Turbo Trainer uses a new frame design which lets you easily switch between a self-weighted gravity mode and a fixed pressure mode. In fixed pressure mode the tyre is securely clamped against the roller which is great for high power training. In gravity mode the tyre and roller contact has some float in it which gives a more natural feeling ride. As well as having two modes of contact with the roller the Minoura Live Ride LR541 Turbo Trainer can be switched between 7 different levels of resistance using a handlebar mounted switch. This makes it a really versatile trainer. Although the LR541 is not a smart trainer it can be linked to training apps like Zwift using a compatible speed and cadence sensor (sold separately). This will send data up to your virtual training software to record your efforts but not send anything back in return. Features worlds strongest neodymium (nd) magnet adoption, single magnet type.
