The Tacx Blue Twist Mag Turbo Trainer is one of Tacxs entry level turbo trainers. It doesnt need any mains power to work and the level of resistance can be adjusted using the brake wheel at the back. You can select from 7 different resistance levels before you start your workout. The resistance is controlled manually; the resistance control has 7 positions. You can train with the Tacx Training app, Tacx Cycling app, Zwift or Trainer road based on virtual power using the Tacx speed and cadence sensor! This transmits your speed and cadence wirelessly via ANT+ or Bluetooth to your tablet or smartphone. If you are looking for an entry level turbo trainer that you can use in a variety of situations then the Tacx Blue Twist is a good value option. Out of the box this trainer will work with road bikes with most standard road and mountain bikes.
