The Fabric ALM Carbon Ultimate Shallow Saddle is the worlds most advanced bicycle saddle. Designed in conjunction with aeronautical giant Airbus, the innovative all-carbon ALM blends cutting-edge technology with market-leading materials creating unprecedented comfort in a performance saddle. Enjoy all-day riding from the unique integration of carbon leaf spring rails and carbon base, in this featherweight saddle. The Fabric ALM Carbon Ultimate has an in-built suspension system achieved by moving the rear mounting points back, creating flexibility and responsiveness when you need it most. This revolutionary all-carbon saddle that weighs next to nothing. The 140g weight doesn't mean a loss of comfort though, with vibration dampening coming from the flexible rails and padded topper. Fabrics design their saddles to be used for all types or riding, they dont make specific road or mountain biking saddle, rather they focus on how you like to sit on the bike. The Shallow profile is their middle ground saddle, the one that suits everyone. It has a more rounded rear section and medium padding. This profile is for riders leaning forwards, in a more natural riding position; typically the handlebars will be slightly lower than the saddle with the riders weight being split between the saddle and handlebars more evenly, requiring less padding on the saddle.
