The Minoura Moz Foldable Rollers are really handy if you are short of space at home or want a set of roller that are easy to transport for warming up at races. The Moz rollers fold into 3 and they are built from lightweight alloy so they are easy to carry. The Moz rollers have a painted finish which helps with noise damping and the rollers themselves contain noise insulation so you dont disturb the entire neighbourhood when using them. The Moz rollers can be adjusted to take 24 wheels as well as 650c and 700c bikes. Using rollers is the traditional way to do winter training. As well as letting you keep the pedals turning on dark winter evenings they are also great for improving your balance, bike control and pedalling actions as you need to balance yourself and keep a smooth and consistent pedalling motion to stay on them.
