Designed for the committed cyclist the stiffness and ergonomic fit of the Velocis gives you more power from every pedal stroke. Although the Velocis is designed to perform its also a shoe you can use without killing your feet. Bontrager rate the stiffness of the Velocis at 10 out of 14, compared to a full 14 out of 14 for the pro level XXX shoe. Having a small amount of flex in the sole makes the Velocis easier to live with. It also comes with plenty of ventilation to stop your feet boiling on long summer rides.
