Drawing inspiration from our 29er hardtails, the Cube Hyde Hybrid Bike's frame uses double-butted aluminium tubes to create a structure that's strong, durable, light and lively. Neatly integrated luggage carrier and mudguard mounting points make it easy to customise, and there's room for two water bottles for longer rides at the weekend. The sleek rigid fork is the perfect accompaniment, offering crisp, precise steering to match its low weight and understated looks.Cube Hyde Hybrid Bike HighlightsCUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 6061 aluminium, which has the qualities high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.City streets are the natural home of our urban bikes, so we gave them geometry to match.
