The inner width of the chain links has been narrowed to prevent leverage attacks.The Ev Series 4 Disc lock features several security features to fend off attacks, firstly a flat key way locking mechanism provides extensive holding power with a high picking resistance. An extra strong crossbar can withstand cutting and pull forces. There is also a 14mm ovalized hardened steel shackle and a sliding dust cover protects the lock and extends the life.A weatherproof protective nylon covering protects your bike. This is a chain and lock combination offering great security with its ability to defy bolt cutters, saws etc and is approved to Thatcham CAT3.
