The Cycleops Classic Clutch Knob Upgrade/Replacement Kit lets you easily adjust your turbo trainer to get the correct contact between your tyre and the roller. The Clutch know has ratchets inside that will give an audible click when you reach the correct tension so you dont over, or under, tighten the bolt. Having the correct contact between tyre and roller will make your training session more efficient and extend the life of your tyres. Features Includes clutch knob and L-bolt Classic Trainer Clutch Knob is compatible with any Cycleops Wind, Mag, Mag+, Magneto or Fluid trainer that already uses the L-bolt Magnus Clutch Knob should only be used with Magnus Smart Trainer Also Compatible with the new M2 product
