The Bontrager R4 Classics Hard-Case Lite Clincher Road Tyre was inspired by the cobbles of Paris-Roubaix. The R4 Classics is designed to give confident traction and a fast-rolling yet grippy tread. It comes with Bontragers Hard-Case Lite sub-tread and polyamide synthetic fibre reinforcement for added puncture protection and durability. The R4 Classics is a hand-made road tyre made using the same handmade process as tubulars to maintain suppleness and ride quality. It comes in a wide 700x28c size to reflect the current trend towards wider tyres. This is a top end tyre for riders who want a classic looking tyre with modern performance.
