Sitting very close to SRAM's Red 22 levers, their Force 22 Double Tap levers offer pretty much everything the top of the range group does, with the redesigned ErgoFit textured body providing an amazingly comfortable resting position for your hands, no matter how long the ride, while providing plenty of grip when the ride demands it.The carbon lever blade is larger than previous models which has shown to be a more comfortable fit for more riders when on the drops, with less stretch to reach the lever. The shifters also benefit from Zero Loss shifting which means that no time or effort is wasted by moving the shifter before engagement - as soon as you push the lever, the cable is moving, for the fastest shifting possible.With DoubleTap the brake lever doesn't pivot sideways: gear selection is controlled using solely the paddle positioned behind it. Simply click the paddle a short amount laterally to drop the chain down, or push the paddle through a wider lateral sweeping motion to push the chain up. The shift lever is both close to the bar as well as tailored to an optimised 15 degree sweep to provide the rider with superior control in all situations.
