It has been precision CNC machined to maintain high strength and to remove unnecessary material to save weight and give a sleek modern, stylish look. Offset Design for Durability and Easier FittingThe Horizon stem steerer clamp features an offset design, which provides maximum thread contact for the steerer bolts. All sharp edges have been removed during the machining process to ensure a smooth feel while eliminating any risk of injury should your body come in contact with the stem.
